For organizations needing to accelerate growth and achieve critical business objectives, this program provides supervisors, team leads, managers and middle managers from all functional areas with a framework, best practices, and tools required to make innovation pay off. Leading Innovation is best suited for leaders who:

This workshop provides supervisors, team leads, managers and middle managers from all functional areas with a framework, best practices and tools required to make innovation pay off. 
Length: 1-day workshop or six 1 hour, 15 minute units over time, as described below

Unit 1-The Heart of Innovation
Introduction to the nature of innovation.  Develop a shared understanding of innovation, clarify challenges faced.  Discover cultural characteristics that support innovation and generate personal steps to boost innovative results.  
 
Unit 2-Your Role in Innovation
Introduction to a process that is central to what leaders do to bring innovation to new levels. Explore how to convey commitment, moving beyond words to day to day actions.

Unit 3- Optimizing Diversity
Identify the range of voices to include in an innovation network. Explore the combinations of viewpoints, knowledge, skills and characteristics available to leverage diverse thinking. 

Unit 4- Sparking New Thinking
Learn how to broaden, freshen up and then connect the perspectives that in turn lead to new ways of thinking. Learn how to put the customer perspective front and center of idea generation.
