AchieveGlobal asynchronous web-based products
Technical Specifications:
Operating System (OS) Compatibility: Unless otherwise specified, all programs connected to the product, including installation routines, printing utilities, etc., will be compatible with a carefully described software platform. This platform is as follows:
Client OS:
Hardware compatibility: Unless otherwise specified, all programs connected to the product, including installation routines, printing, utilities, etc., will be fully compatible with and perform acceptably on a carefully described hardware platform.
Client:
Ad-Blocker or pop-up ad programs - if you launch a course and the window page opens but the course does not start within a few seconds, it’s possible that the user may have an active ad-blocker program running. The AchieveGlobal courses are designed to open in a separate window. Ad-blockers may think this is an ad trying to load and will block it from starting. Users will need to turn off their ad-blocker to allow the window to open correctly. Due to the many brands of ad-blockers and user system configurations, the AchieveGlobal Product Support team may not be able to assist with modifying or turning off the user’s ad-blocker program. Recommend the user check with their Help Desk for assistance in turning their ad-blocker off.
